Called before arriving at the shop for a used motorcycle, they told me it was available so we drove 4 hours (!!!). Upon arriving they informed me an other customer had made an appointment for later in the day. So if I wanted the bike i should buy it on the spot. I test rode the bike (black mt 10) and everything seemed fine, we agreed I would buy the bike. I had a question for something on the bike and we found some **hidden damage that was not mentioned in the ad**.Long story short the bike was in a "contact accident". I explained I was still interested in buying the bike after learning the full story. They told me they would call me back in an hour to contact the other repair shop but I was assured the bike was mine if I wanted it. A little over an hour later I got a call with the repair history and they informed the bike was reserved to the other customer :) And that there was a miss communication. I guess at least they were honest, if wanted the bike i should have bought it on the spot and not ask any questions ;)

Worst customer service experience in my 25 years of motorcycle ownership. I will never recommend nor step foot in Motorradcenter Tullius again. Worst service experience ever. Motorrad Tullius provided no communication. Initially told it would take one week to look at and repair my bike, but it took four and a half weeks. Service manager blamed clutch issue on aftermarket levers, even though they were installed after the clutch was damaged. He avoided talking to me and cashier couldn't answer my questions. Here's the full story: On a two-week tour in Spain, clutch slipped and bike had trouble shifting gears. Issues persisted, clutch started slipping under load. Bike sat over winter, clutch improved temporarily but problem returned. Scheduled appointment at Motorrad Tullius for clutch issue. No updates, called multiple times. Finally spoke to technician, who promised to look at the clutch. Had girlfriend call for update, they said the bike would be ready on the 19th. Received contact on 17th saying more damage was found, bike wouldn't be ready. Went to shop on the 19th, technicians explained clutch and clutch basket were ruined, unsure how it happened. Clutch had 25,000km on it and no one could explain what could have caused the issue. Authorized purchase of clutch basket, expected bike to be ready on the 26th. Clutch basket arrived on 26th, technician promised to have bike ready on 27th. Went to shop on the 27th, bike was ready but no one contacted me. Service manager blamed aftermarket levers which were installed in December, well after the clutch was damaged. Terrible customer service overall. Motorrad Tullius didn't seek warranty assistance and failed to communicate. Worst experience ever, won't return or recommend them. Will share bad review widely and hope for management response. Premium brand like BMW should provide better service. I had to remove several details and condense my review due to character count.

I am currently purchasing my second motorbike from this company. The quality of service is fantastic and I couldn't imagine purchasing or having my motorbike serviced anywhere else. The quality of support, help and advice is second to none. Coming out of England I don't know all the compexities of registering a vehicle for the road and arranging insurance. Achim Börner is always happy to help. If you want to buy a a BMW or have one serviced then I recommend BMW Tullius 100%

German is not my first language and sometimes my service request schedules are challenging, but even with those two challenges, Tullius has always been very accommodating and made sure I left happy.
