We visited Germany from the US and wanted to rent two bikes for the weekend. Service was great and super friendly, prices are fair and the two bikes were in great condition. We will come back on our next trip.

Wonderful, small dealership with very friendly staff that spoke English really well. The young ladies spent a great amount of extra time figuring out how to use a VAT form for the first time and saved us over 77 Euro. Bonus! Two friendly dealership doggies.

Needed some oil during a trip , it was closed for lunch. When they opend i waited at the counter for several minutes for somebody to show up, then i was told that for oil i need to get to the first floor at the parts counter. The man at the counter was to busy at his computer to greet and when i asked for syn-3 he came back with mineral oil.... when i got the oil i needed to go downstairs again to wait in line to get to pay at the first counter again.
Rest of the staff didn't bother to greet or ask anything while i was filling up my oil in an pretty new motorcycle with foreign plates.
