Bought a new F800GS through Dennis Hotz, he’s quite helpful and provided good advice in making the right choice. He’s patient enough to let me try different bikes on short notice.
Lisa, Markus, Stephanie also helped me quite a lot with the Clothing and the accessories.
I had a short interaction with other employees and they are also quite good and helpful.

So, Away on my bike for the first time this year, Having just carried out a full service just prior to me leaving, I noticed the oil was high in the sight glass. With the distances I cover, I wanted to have this reduced. For peace of mind. So I chose to pop into BMW Stuttgart. After explaining, my predicament, My bike was taken, I I sat down in the customer corner with a coffee. Within 40 minutes, My bike was returned, and I was ready to continue my ride.
Thank you so much for helping me, and so quickly too. A real good advert for BMW Motorrad.

There is the great service and then way above that there is BMW Motorcycle Center Stuttgart service! Came in on my trip to UK with broken spoke and some engine fault codes which were bothering me on and off for a while (Tried to fix it in multiple services in different service stations) In no time they had my motorbike in, although they were visibly busy, the spoke changed and the engine fault codes investigated and remedied within 20min, did not have time to finish excellent coffee they have!
Big thank you to all people involved especially to Zdenko Duric whose expertise and willingness to help allowed me to continue my trip to UK with no disruption.
