I booked a brake check online and after I showed up I had to wait 30 minutes until someone got in my car. Then that person started driving around, driving the hell out of my car and after a 10 minute joyride he came back and parked the car in a hurry and very aggressively (the car jumped forward when he got out) it’s like he didn’t even brake to a complete stop and threw the shifter into park. And it’s not just my car that they mistreated, they were revving other customers cars in the garage and driving them around for fun. After he did his little joyride he came back and told me that the brakes needed to be replaced and would cost 800€. What a joke….. stay away from these guys. Totally unprofessional.

Great! Very friendly staff and really fast service. I've often had to wait three times as long at other workshops (e.g., at the big competitor starting with "A..."). So I'm very satisfied.

The timing was excellent; the tire change was completed in just a few minutes (15). Everything was perfect. It would have been a 5-star experience if there had been complimentary drinks and pastries. ;-)

I wanted to buy oil. They didn't have it, at least a specific type I needed, but they recommended another garage. I thought they were really nice. I was passing through and needed it.
