I was also charged €6 for shipping (supposedly via DHL parcel) for small items, and ultimately sent by letter for €1.55. There was no response to my email inquiry.

I bought an exhaust from the company on eBay. It was described differently than when I received it. Dented, scratched, and scraped. Their response was an offer of €20 compensation. It's an absolute disgrace to misprice such a product. I would also like to see someone get dents and scratches out of an exhaust for €20. I was only offered €20 or a refund. Due to the poor service and unfriendly treatment, I took this opportunity to vent my frustration.

I was defrauded of over €100. The goods were not delivered, and I haven't received my money back. The seller doesn't respond to phone calls or emails.
