Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Came in for an electrical problem with my GS 1150 Adventure and they diagnosed the issue in 2 minutes. Will also be doing a full service which will be completed in a day or two. Can highly recommend!

I came here for an oil change on my Suzuki Swift. I got an appointment at short notice. The oil change was done immediately, so I could wait. It was all over in 20 minutes.

I bought a used car from this dealership. From the test drive to pickup, everything went smoothly. My requests were fulfilled promptly and at no extra cost to me as a customer. In October 2024, I purchased a new BMW two-wheeler as a new customer from Bergmann & Söhne.
Sales
From the trade-in process, through negotiating the price of the new vehicle, to the delivery, everything was exemplary. The vehicle was ceremoniously handed over to me in the showroom (covered), explained in detail, and delivered with a full tank of fuel. I've never experienced anything like that with other dealers...
Parts Service
Even during the break-in phase, I had my first requests for attachments and modifications, which I discussed with the friendly colleague from the parts service. In addition to researching add-on parts beyond the configurator, they also patiently took the time to repeatedly order small parts for me, such as screws and cover caps. Thank you!
Service Management & Workshop
Last Friday, I was able to pick up my two-wheeler, including all modifications, from the break-in inspection. From scheduling the appointment to coordinating the modifications (including cost transparency), to the pickup, everything went wonderfully smoothly. In addition to cosmetic BMW add-ons, they also installed functional parts from WUNDERLICH and Jekyll & Hyde, and upgraded my car with an alarm system. Thank you again for your efforts!
I particularly appreciate the accessibility, the level-headed communication, and the solution-oriented approach at the BMW Pinneberg location. I travel almost 60 km from Lower Saxony for this.

The team at Bergmann & Söhne Motorrad deserves 5 stars. I was involved in an accident shortly before my five-day vacation, rendering the motorcycle unusable. The service manager immediately arranged for an appraiser to be scheduled for the next day. Spare parts were obtained and repairs were carried out promptly, allowing me to leave for vacation the following day.
A replacement vehicle was also promptly provided so I could continue my mobility.
A huge thank you to the service team and the team. I would definitely recommend them.
