Place was recommended to me on basis of "amazing price deals" they were supposed to offer. I don't know if the prices are really outstanding, as it was my first experience with car maintenance in Germany. What I will comment on is an appallingly low level of customer service.
Sale-Staff is operating in "I don't care and I don't even want to be here" mode. They offered me some tires, but when I started asking some questions about some more expensive options, they were inpatient and told me that I shouldn't consult their website, as they know better what they have and website is poor when it comes to checking of what they have in stock. They took my order and gave me two receipts, one for my order and one for deposit that I had to pay.
Today I showed up with my car for a tire change, gave them both receipts, got one back and after about 45 minutes job was done. Afterwards they tried to charge me full price and didn't want to believe I paid any deposit. I showed them receipt that they gave me couple of minutes before and they told me that something was wrong, as its date was different from order date. I said that I gave them both slips this very morning, before they even started to change the tires and surely they remember me coming about an hour before, when one of them took both receipts apart and gave me one back. I even confronted him and said, that he must remember me from an hour before. He answered that he doesn't have to remember everything. So they went through trash bins, torn papers and eventually found some file in which they have had copy of both receipts. To my luck, I guess... No "thank you", no "sorry, my mistake".
There are only two of them and they are both very talented salesman. Too bad they know nothing about customer service.

Very friendly staff, got my tyre change done very quickly in about 15-20 mins

Un helpful, rude, and spoke good English but decided that he could not understand anymore and when I left spoke german to his colleagues saying rude things as I left!
