One of the worse experiences in service I have ever had. To be avoided if you have any other possibility!
I had an appointment booked multiple weeks in advance, and I ordered also to store the tyres. They said they had no space, so I had to carry the tyres.
I told them I currently had a severe back issue and I could not carry the tyres.
One guy at the counter joked I could leave the tyres at the side of the road, so somebody could take them… unacceptable behaviour. No idea about service, and empathy.

I booked online 3 weeks ago and had to wait 2 weeks for my service! It was going to cost €400!!! I arrive on Friday to drop my car with my reservation number to be told, we don’t have your booking by the guy with the tattoos and bad breath! I showed him my reservation and he just said no, no, no! Another customer was waiting, he tried to help and even laughed at the guy saying I have a booking and it was for this shop! The guy tells me that I can come back in another two weeks! I took the morning off work, drove 20minutes and had to deal with these people!
Horrible place! Awful service! System does not work!

As this place seems to have mixed reviews, I thought I would comment on my experience, which was excellent in all respects.
2 weeks ago I went online and got what I considered to be a fair price for 4 new summer tyres, with an appointment for fitting today.
I turned up on time. My appointment was in the system and I did not have to wait at all.
The guy in the office was helpful, friendly, chatty and competent, and even made me a coffee while I waited for the tyres to be fitted. Unlike yesterday's commentator, I did not feel the need to check (let alone comment on) the freshness of the guy's breath or whether he had tattoos.
Fitting took about an hour, which seems normal.
I took the car on the Motorway afterwards to check the wheel balancing, which was perfect. Not a hint of vibration.
I checked the tyre pressures and wheel bolt torques when I got home - both were exactly according to specification.
So, all in all a great job at a fair price - Thanks Euromaster!

Great service. I went to this shop with a small problem with the windshield wipers. They immediately took my car inside the shop and fixed it before I could finish the free coffee they offered me. They said I didn't have to pay for such a small repair. This will definitely be my new go-to car repair shop.

Recently I needed urgent service. My car had a flat tire in a nearby village, and my insurance did not include towing. The manager, I believe his name is Pera Boktan (maybe wrongly spelled), was very helpful and found me a towing company. He also provided good advice on how to proceed. The next day my car was fully ready to be picked up. They saved my day, Thanks team.
