We were visiting from the United States and were driving a rental car It appears that Avis stuck us with a car that had a nail in the tire and was slowly leaking air. We spent several hours with Avis on the phone trying to get the issue resolved. In the end Avis was telling us it was our problem and we had to be towed and pay for the cost of a new tire ( it would take several days to get the car back or a new car). At this point we decided to take matters into our own hands. We found Euromaster and stopped in to see if they could help us. We did not have an appointment but were greeted by two super friendly ladies. Our tire was promptly evaluated and deemed not fixable. Frau Kyra Plassman ordered us a new tire and worked with us to come up with a time to install the new tire without interrupting our vacation too much. Our new tire was installed, payed and we happily went on our way. Two days later, Frau Passmann called and told us that she contacted Avis and fought for us to be reimbursed because the nail clearly had been there for a while. She asked us to stop by to pick up what we payed because she arranged for Avis to pay them directly. What amazing customer service! We will tell all our friends in the area about you and especially about Frau Passmann! Thank you so much!
