Online appointment booking is possible, but unfortunately the system shows available appointments for Saturdays, when the clinic is closed. Luckily, I called ahead to be sure. That's why it's not a perfect 10. Otherwise, everything was excellent! Friendly, competent staff! The appointment was kept precisely on time.

Very friendly staff. If you're short on time, you can make an appointment. With an appointment, I didn't have to wait at all. I picked it up, dropped it off, and picked it up, and the car was faultless. Other workshops don't want to install parts I brought with me, but that wasn't a problem here; I brought the original part that had been replaced by mistake. I highly recommend it. I'll definitely be back. Many thanks to the entire team.

Whether on the phone or in person, the customer seems to be a nuisance here. Very rarely do you even encounter a friendly person. I'll store my next tires somewhere else.

Horribly unfriendly and listless foreman at the reception! Germany is a service desert. We were the only customers. That didn't surprise me. The guys in the workshop were nice and competent.
