I was interested in buying one 2023 BMW S1000XR they were advertising in Mobile.de
Since my German speaking level is not high, I decide to contact by mail in English, in order to see the best price they could offer.
After a counter offer from their side, which I accepted, they asked me for all me personal details to prepare the contract. I provided them all my personal information, but I also sent them a set of questions I wanted them to address before I made the purchase.
Few hours after I sent the questions, I got a notification from Moible saying that the advertisement was erased and for some reason, Mr. Abeltshauser, the seller who originally replied to my e-mail, decided it was not worth to keep replying to my e-mails, without a single explanation.
I have bought many vehicles in Germany, and this is the 1st time I received such a huge disrespectful treatment. From my side I will keep searching another S1000XR, and I know very well where I never will buy any vehicle in the future.

The people are really friendly, helpfull and keen to explain everything. My BMWF800S looks in great condition after a service I had with them! Definitely recommend them

It is always recommended to go there with prior appointment. I asked for an appointment and since there were very few staffs available on that day, they suggested to come over to see the vehicle. I went there but without the concerned staff you wont be getting any valid info. I would suggest ONLY go after fixing an appointment.
