Unfriendly and incompetent! Yesterday, I had a tire change on the original rim. BYD Dolphin Surf. As I was driving out, the warning light started flashing due to low tire pressure. I returned, was rudely brushed off with the comment that it was okay, that it would sort itself out after driving 50 km and taking a break. I drove 50 km with one tire under-inflated, and the same warning light was still on; only one tire had the correct pressure. Reluctantly, they adjusted it, but the mechanic didn't know the correct pressure, just like the unfriendly man behind the screen who told me to look it up in the owner's manual. "It's written on the door," I replied. Then, after a 15-minute wait (as punishment), they fixed it. Never again will I go to Knabenbauer; the old owner would be turning in his grave.

I got a last-minute appointment for a wheel alignment. Everything was perfectly adjusted, and he even explained where and what needed to be adjusted. Simply excellent service.
