Lost all throttle response on the German federal highway (búndesstraße). Found a loose connection (plug) and managed to get it started after we reconnected it and turned the ignition off and on again. Drove to BMW Motorrad Hanover and they immediately checked the bike, adjusted the throttle wire, and gave me the "all clear" to continue my trip from Norway to France. This were after 15:00 on a friday afternoon. Super service 👌. Thank you very much.

BMW CE 04 motorcycle purchased in December. Communication by email was fast, my questions were answered promptly. I must commend your employee Simon Bechtold. I think he is the right man for the job. Very professional and friendly communication.

Thank you for your query regarding the response. I have been twice to this particular showroom looking some bikes for my nephew both new and used. There are lesser bikes and variants available at this location compared to competitors. Service is underwhelming and customer service is ok I should say I would have given a 3.5 stars but there is no such option.

Highly Professional Competent Personnel,Outstandingly Fast Reliable Service,Clean Service Area+ everything else, Loyal to Customers + Cafeteria located at the dealership almost can compete with the Ikea within walking distance.

The guys at the service saved my vacation. Had an accident, even if not bad the bike had to be checked. They did, and declared it could bw ridden. They also put a guy on the job to stitch it together well enough for me to continue my vacation. And this not having to return home for complete repairs, and spoil the adventure.
In short: if you have a crisis, they will do the best they can to help you out. MegaKudos!
