WARNING - CAUTION!!! I had my tires changed at Euromaster. Immediately after the change, one tire started losing air. I went back to have it checked. They told me everything was fine and I should just "keep an eye on it." Of course, nothing was fine – the tire continued to lose air. So I went back a second time. I already suspected that the valve had been damaged during the tire change. Instead of taking responsibility, they tried to tell me that both the valve AND the sensor were broken and that I should pay €80. No attempt at compensation, no admission of guilt, even though the damage was clearly caused by their work. Luckily, I refused this "offer" and went to another garage nearby. Result: 👉 Only the valve was broken; the sensor was perfectly fine. 👉 Cost: €20. 👉 Garage's statement: clear fault on Euromaster's part. During the tire change, they severely damaged or bent the valve. Mistakes are made here, but they won't admit them; instead, they try to rip off customers. I am extremely disappointed and would strongly advise everyone against taking their car here. Never again Euromaster.
