During my vacation in Germany I discovered late in the day that I got a broken bearing on my front wheel. Went to HD Fulda around 5 pm expecting to leave my bike there for a couple of days to get it serviced.
The shop immediately helped me and said I could just wait in the store for while. Felt wery well taken care of and happy despite my problem with the bike.
While changing bearings the mecanics noticed cracks on my brake disk (not HD original part), and saved me from future troubles by fixing this on the spot.
By 6 pm the bike was fixed and testdriven by the mecanics. Excellent work and service! I feel very well taken care of by the staff at Harley Davidson Fulda and the rest of my vacation went without any troubles. Thank you!

I saw all shapes of bikes here and good quality one. My friend rented a bike here and later on decided to buy that same bike. I enjoy the bike more than a car. Smiling staff and very kind hearted people. You know how to talk to people no matter the race. You sell good products and you are good yourselves.
