Easy to book an appointment online. Friendly, professional, and even speaks English which made it easier for me. No one tried to "sell" additional service. One point - Would be nice to have an air conditioning or at least a fan in the office. On a hot day, it is hot in there.

I have good experience with them for past few years. At times, they are not reachable by phone and used to to get strict responses. Otherwise, i feel more comfortable and safe with the team.

Worst service and customer support. I had new tires exchanged there, drove home (1km) and realized there was a huge nail on one of the tires the next day. Next morning I returned to explain the case and the guy there was completely rude yelling at me, calling me stupid and other customers as well had similar awful experience. They did not acknowledged this happened in their workshop, had to pay for a repair and they even did not filled the tires pressure correctly, had to drive with a warning until the next gas station. Just don't go there, overall worst experience.

Easy access from city and highways. Quick registraion pf car and frindly service members (Yacin). On rime delivery of car after maintenance. Multilanguage inquiry. One of the best car maintenance experience I have seen in Germany.
