Herr Waidele was extremely professional and friendly. His communication, reachability and answering was flawless. When the Mini dealership wouldn’t even bother to try to order a countryman F60 in June 23, he went all in and out to make sure we would get the car we wanted. Delivery was on time and all transactions were clear. I d wish all car dealer could be at this level .

What truly stood out was Marvin’s dedication. He often answered my questions even outside of regular working hours, such as after 6 PM, when he wasn’t obligated to. Regardless of the issue or question I had, Marvin resolved everything promptly and professionally.
I have previously purchased a car from a Porsche dealership, and unfortunately, my experience there was far from pleasant. The salesperson was rude, uncooperative, and unwilling to assist, leaving a sour impression. I bought this month a motorcycle from this dealer.(Yamaha XTZ 1200 ZE 2014).
I got it online and then shiped to my location.
The product was as described, personel was really nice and offer me the details, also we could talk in english which was a plus point for me, as I don't speak german. Veysel Timurdas was the guy responsible for everything and I can say he was very professional with papers, description and shipment.
