I wanted to get my tire repaired, but the only response I got at this shop was, "Sorry, we no longer offer this service due to a lack of staff." It's a shame, because this is exactly the kind of thing you'd want to find a nearby repair shop for. Luckily, I found another tire service that helped me quickly and easily.
To be fair, I should mention that I'm a leasing customer, so my experience relates specifically to servicing car leasing customers.

Yesterday, I had a flat tire on the A4 towards Frankfurt. Not only did Tim arrive in under half an hour, but he was also incredibly friendly and extremely competent. I want to thank Tim from the bottom of my heart for his quick and excellent help. He's a true expert at his job, so thank you again, and take care.

Many thanks for the super-fast, professional repair of our damaged motorhome tires (both the puncture tire and the spare). The correct (metal) valves are now installed on all of them. After just under 40 minutes, we were able to continue our journey without an appointment, as we were just passing through. Excellent service. Thank you again so much.

Arrived today as an emergency, and less than half an hour later, thanks to the competent assistance, I was able to continue driving! My heartfelt thanks again; it saved my day! I can wholeheartedly recommend it.
