Had an oil leak on the last day of our Germany motorbike tour. Stopped at the BMW and had a fantastic service from the team especially engineer Sascha. He could solve our problem and explained what he had done. Thank you.

Superb service, very helpful and careful crew on all levels of client's involvement.
I was on my tour when the rear brakes of the bike started making a strange noise, so while passing the Dusseldorf, I was taken into the service, and the problem was solved.

I made an impromptu visit here after experiencing what I believed were issues with my quickshift. My German is poor and I knew I needed help from a technician. I'm hoping I've remembered his name (Fabian - so sorry for an appalling memory) who stepped in and couldn't have been more kind or patient. He spoke fluent English and reassured me that there were no major issues with my bike. Fabian that day was a great ambassador for the brand and I for one, was incredibly grateful for the help I received from him this day.

During my GS tour across Europe, many BMW Motorrad service centers would not sell me a tire. They said I needed to make an appointment and the soonest they could help mr was 3-weeks out. There said they do not stock tires and they only order for service appointments. The service folks at this location sold me a tire and a set of brakes then insisted they could fit me in and even install all the parts.
I really don't understand how anyone can schedule service for simple things like tires three weeks out when riders are traveling for moths. Does BMW want riders to check into a hotel and pause their travels if they all of a sudden need a tire or brake something? This is not the dream BMW corporate or any sales person sell you when you pay a small fortune for a GSA.
Thanks to this one dealer for understanding and doing the right thing. Thank you.

my friend had an issue and needed a spare key. he had all the necessary documents. we drove 1 hour. the store wouldn't assist. employee was also unfriendly.
I don't own a BMW, but with this kind of service I'm not invested in owning one.
