I had made an appointment at Pneuhagen, but still had to wait a bit – unfortunately, that wasn't ideal. However, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The work was done properly and reliably. The price was absolutely reasonable, normal and fair, with no surprises. Overall, a solid service with some minor organizational issues.

Our motorhome had indicated a loss of pressure in one of its tires. We arrived at Pneuhage without an appointment. We were immediately assisted by friendly service staff. That's what I expect from service. Thank you for that.

Great service. Almost as fast as in Formula 1. I lost pressure on the right front tire on my tour through Dresden. New tire installed. It took less than an hour. Thanks again to the team.

Last week I was north of Dresden with my son to buy a stationary caravan. Since we figured we didn't want to drive home on the motorway with the old tires, we'd bought new ones for the caravan a few days earlier. We picked it up early in the morning in Radeburg and headed to Dresden to get the tires fitted. No luck... five garages, including PIT Stop, turned us away – no staff, no time, no patience. I offered to remove the wheels myself; it would have taken the garages about 10 minutes, as I would have skipped the balancing. But no one felt able to take on this small contribution to road safety. It was about 34 degrees Celsius and we really wanted to go home... I was thinking, "You damn Saxons!"... and then by chance we came across Pneuhage on Kotschenbroder Strasse. We stopped, explained the problem, waited 8 minutes, and then they started changing the tires, balancing them, etc. They gave us free advice on tire pressure, a coffee for me, and a cold drink for my son, all in the fully air-conditioned showroom. The guys were super friendly, and bringing our own tires, which companies usually don't like, wasn't a problem at all. I'm absolutely thrilled and wish the team and the company all the best. I can wholeheartedly recommend them, and believe me, I'm usually a complainer and never satisfied... Tobias Marx, Pößneck, Thuringia
