From the very beginning, my experience was excellent. The sales manager, Christian Schmidt, was extremely professional and helpful at every step of the process. He provided detailed information, guided me through all the options, and maintained constant communication throughout my entire car-buying journey. I recently came in for scheduled service at BMW Berlin and was pleasantly surprised by the experience. Frank Wänke assisted me and provided outstanding service – professional, clean, and very down-to-earth. I’ll admit, I came in with a bit of anxiety (after all, who really enjoys going to garages for service?), but Frank completely changed my perspective. His combination of technical professionalism and excellent soft skills made the process smooth and stress-free. This feedback is entirely genuine – nobody asked me to write it. I simply wanted to acknowledge the great service I received. Thank you, Frank, for turning what I expected to be a stressful visit into a very positive one.

Please train the auto part sale team in the use of your system. I left after watching for 10 minutes how the person failed to locate the car for the matching wheels. M, m-performance, xdrive, engine choices, series... so many options to click. Was very amusing but also pitiful to watch. You would expect that given information "2025 m440d xdrive with sportpacket" is enough for the bmw dealership worker to do its job, or at least present rough option choice. And the injured pride attitude, how he was forced to work, because i did not have the vin on me at that time. Lots of sighing, rolling eyes and clicking at sloth pace🤣🤣🤣 Edit: Thank you for generic "we dont care" answer. You changed a car workshop into some abomination of a butique, removed actual accessory shop and created awkward singular exhibittions all over the place. Front desk clerks that lead to other front desk clerks instead of good signs what is where. No sitting places in that waiting area, people are huddled up in front of front desk. Service is slow, when usually double the promised time. Toxic treatment of young workers by the older staff which happens in front of your customers. Arrogant sellers (not all of them). I advise you rethink who runs this filiale, cause the manager is doing a really bad job judging overall quality. Most of your positive ratings come from people that are happy because they got a car after 6months of waiting, these are not reviews of your filiale quality.

Awful experience. The service folk are incredibly rude and unfriendly. Requests are overlooked and left incomplete. I was asked to collect a set of winter tyres - no one was there to hand them over despite being assured on the phone it’ll be fine. Requested the rims to be cleaned - they weren’t. Car was left dirty as well. The service desk lady (who had an awful attitude), lied to my face that the fluids were checked as well - I know they weren’t, I needed to fill in windshield wiper fluid. A total catastrophe of an experience
