What a great service! Just bought my first motorcycle there and I can't be any happier. The staff were very professional and patient with me, answered all my questions and made sure I understood everything before I signed the contract. I can only recommend this dealer!

BREACH OF CONTRACT
Riller & Schnauck sold me a GS that had been sold already. I only found out days later, after having signed the purchase contract.
For this infuriating mishap, I received no apology. The only thing I got was “volles Verständnis für deinen Frust”, followed by an attempt to sell me a “similar” bike (according to them at least), with less specs and more kms. All this came after other broken promises related to the test ride.
As this experience cost me about 10 days, I am now weeks later having to postpone my holiday, because the knock on effect means I ran out of time to register a GS I purchased at another dealer.
I was warned beforehand by the bad reviews and by a close friend whose Fahrzeugscheine they lost during the winter storage (for which they incorrectly blamed him).
Do not risk wasting your time and money here.

I've been a customer for a few years, with a BMW and Ducati that are maintained by the team at Roewer. I can say confidently that they are fantastic at every aspect of the customer experience. Not only that, but the technical support, expertise and attention to detail is of the highest level. They really want the customer to be happy and their work reflects that. I will be a customer for many, many years to come.

I bought here my first motorbike. Excellent English-speaking customer service, very professional. I have done here also the basic maintenance and some upgrades and I never had an issue. Highly recommended!
