We booked an oil change appointment easily through their website. Everything went smoothly when we took the car in. Once they realized we don’t speak German, they assisted us in English. Very professional service, though slightly expensive.

Everything was great, and the tire replacement was done within a reasonable time. The executive at the reception also talked in English and was friendly. I can definitely recommend.

Nice car shop! Although the staff was initially hesitant to speak English—mentioning, “if you’re in Deutschland, you should speak Deutsch”, the person ended up assisting me in English, so thanks for that. I chose this shop based on a previous review that mentioned assistance in English. Overall, my experience was good. I had my tires changed and a quick car check-up, which I think was fair enough.

He made sure everything was done efficiently and answered all my questions with great expertise. The service was top-notch from start to finish, and I left feeling very satisfied. Very very long waiting queue even though you have termin. I had an appointment for changing tiers and waited 3 hours. Total time was 4.5+ hours.
