HD Bensheim - Typical HD Dealership.
Staff are friendly and will do what they can to accommodate you but the work I commissioned was not completed to my satisfaction.
I was sent off with a loose rear axle and a dirty tank that was supposed to have been cleaned. Removed the dirt in my tank myself.
I found another mechanic who completed the work and hope my experience at HD Bensheim does not repeat itself there.
However, I won't return to this shop. Ever ...
PS: The above happened in 2017 and I have since been informed that a number of changes, including staff changes, have been implemented.

Good service and nice people here. Took my bike and did small service and helpt me out on my way home to norway
