Highly recommended.
Due to a flat tire (a nail in the center of the tread) on an almost new wide tire, I drove to Euromaster nearby without an appointment.
My request for assistance was immediately met by the friendly and helpful staff, who inspected the tire.
The repair, which was possible immediately, was estimated to take two hours due to the more extensive procedure, but it actually took a little less time. The very punctual and promised callback (I was at a café and shopping) was reliable, and my car was ready for pickup.
The cost was quoted down to the euro beforehand, and card payment was no problem.
The tire is holding up and driving like new again.
Thank you again for the quick and uncomplicated assistance!
Best regards

They wouldn't let us buy a 315/70R22.5 tire off the shelf. The gentleman at the front desk spoke English. He asked if we could find a replacement tire from another dealer. He found an option for 1,400 euros for two tires with balancing, a ridiculous price. They thanked us and went to look elsewhere.

The appointment for a tire change, demonstrably scheduled on March 15, 2025, for November 14, 2025, at 11:00 AM, was not recorded in the system. "Tough luck," was the very flippant response from Mr. X (whose name I have since had personally apologized to him and removed at his request) at the Bayreuth branch. He asked if I could "prove" the appointment! They graciously squeezed me in after all.
The mechanic himself was very friendly!
In my opinion, Mr. X didn't understand that this is no way to treat customers. Since this wasn't the first time this situation had occurred, after over 20 years of loyal service at this garage, I decided to outsource my tire changes and use a different garage in the future! Audi Bayreuth must be thrilled!
As "coincidence" would have it, the customers before me also had similar problems and received more or less "friendly" service!
P.S. When I said goodbye, there was no reply to my "thank you" and no response to my "goodbye"... Poor manners? Bad upbringing? I think it's a bit of both.
Sincerely,

Mr. Graf/Sales Manager apologized to me by phone on behalf of his colleague/employee! Hats off to him!
Thank you for the pleasant conversation. I will try storing/changing my tires at EM for another season...

Mr. X apologized by phone. I accepted the apology. I also complied with his request to remove his name from the review... everyone deserves a second chance!

Unfortunately, the tire pressure was not checked after the wheel change, as per the appointment booking. After approximately 8 km, a tire pressure loss warning appeared. The tire pressure was at 2.3 bar instead of the minimum 2.6 bar.

3 stars = everything okay
I definitely want to commend them first, because even though I arrived 10 minutes before noon to pick up my winter tires, they gave them to me immediately, without any prior notice, albeit with a slight delay, but without any comments or questions.
That's not something you can take for granted!
My wait took me right into the midday lunch break, and right on cue, just before noon, all the shutters were literally pulled down. I picked up my winter tires because I'd been trying to schedule a winter tire change appointment for two months. Unfortunately, I couldn't reach anyone by phone. In recent years, I've occasionally been dissatisfied with the balancing; other workshops have done a better job. Even here, getting a corrective appointment was difficult, which is a shame, as I essentially paid twice for the tire change.
