The process itself went smoothly, but I was very bothered by the way the supervisor interacted with his employees, especially the trainee. He was repeatedly criticized and rushed in front of customers in a hectic tone, which left an unprofessional impression.
As a customer, this makes you feel like a nuisance and you clearly feel the stress. In my opinion, this kind of thing has no place in the customer service area. Everyone was a trainee once, and young employees in particular should be treated with respect. Criticism should be objective and internal, not in front of an audience.
It's a shame that the actual service went smoothly, but the negative impression of the interaction within the team remains more memorable. Friendliness and a respectful tone should always be paramount!

It's a shame there aren't 0 stars!
I personally have two experiences with this company (one to follow; the other involved a tire being patched that, based on its markings (Y marking), shouldn't have been patched at all), and a colleague did too. Everything reflects incompetence, ignorance, and indifference.
As I left the company premises after the tire change, I heard a clacking noise from the rear right. However, as I accelerated, it became noticeably quieter until I heard it louder again as I braked for a traffic light and subsequently slowed down.
At the next opportunity, I pulled over to the right, checked the tires, and felt for objects with my hands. I couldn't find anything. So I continued driving, but immediately after starting up, I heard the same noise. A short time later, I stopped again, searched and felt again, but couldn't find anything.
When I arrived at the company, I asked a colleague to listen to the noise as she started driving off. She, too, heard it immediately. I then drove extremely slowly while she inspected the tires as they rolled.
We then discovered that a screw was embedded in the tire.
This could only have punctured the tire on the WW Logistik GmbH factory premises, as the noise occurred immediately after setting off.
After I returned and described the defect, they put winter tires back on those tires and wanted to order a new one.
On this occasion, I inspected the factory yard and found all sorts of metal items that definitely didn't belong there.
During a routine inquiry today, the branch manager stated that the screw's insertion was due to "force majeure" and that this could have happened anywhere.
Even after repeated email exchanges, he remained completely stubborn and refused to contribute even a fraction of the costs. To top it off, the replacement tire quote included another €30 installation fee.
I can only advise everyone to avoid this workshop. For one thing, it's absolutely filthy everywhere, and for another, there are objects lying around everywhere that pose a potential threat to any car tire. I've attached pictures.
