A few weeks ago, I saw a car and contacted Mr. Sasa Simic. He responded to me patiently and kindly. Later, I visited the dealership with my family for a viewing and test drive. Mr. Simic was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. After the test drive, we agreed on the purchase, and he supported me greatly with both the car transfer and export process. He provided a clear and transparent contract and immediately assisted with all the necessary procedures to ensure everything went smoothly. His colleague, Mr. Mohammad Taha, was also very helpful and supportive. I will definitely purchase another car from this dealership for my wife, and I will highly recommend this place to all my friends in the Netherlands.

I’ve been purchasing BMW Premium Selection vehicles since 2012, and this has been by far the most unprofessional experience I’ve had with any BMW dealer in Germany. I bought a BMW iX40 with 8,800 km and dealt with Mr. Sasa Simic. After I made the payment, no one answered my emails or picked up the phone. I asked for confirmation that the money had been received — complete silence. Even worse, on the day of pick-up, Mr. Simic sent me a message to an email address I had never used before to communicate with this dealership, containing a different bank account than the one in the signed contract, claiming the payment hadn’t arrived. Only after multiple calls to the dealership manager did they confirm that the funds were actually received. I also asked about visible scratches on the interior (seen in the advert photos) — no reply. When the car arrived in Bulgaria, the scratches were there. Extremely disappointing service — poor communication, no transparency, and total lack of professionalism. This is not what I expect from a BMW dealership in Germany.

I have just purchased a BMW i5 Touring. My entire communication regarding the car was handled via email with Mr. Maximilian Strothmann. The process was very professional, with quick responses. When the car was delivered to me, it fully met my expectations and was exactly as described by Mr. Maximilian Strothmann. I can only give my highest recommendations for doing business with Auto-Zentrum Bernhard Ernst.

On suggestion of a colleague I started taking my car here, I have not regretted this decision. The people here are professionally trained and customer friendly. Unfortunately they do not speak a lot of English but that is covered by the good service they provide. The service executive Mr Winkler is specially a very nice person, he understands the issues quite well and gives a good explanation about the solution. Personally I would recommend this place to someone looking for professional car service.

I wanted to compare the X1 and X2. There were three X2’s in the showroom but no X1. When I asked the receptionist if I could look at an X1, she just said no. When I pointed out that there were many X1’s across the road in their used car area, she just said ‘go and look then’. I then went across the road and the man said that he was busy with a customer and told me to wait while he went over to the main building. I waited for 30 minutes and he never came back. I have now bought one from Autohero, which was much easier. Reply: The fact that nobody can recall this shows precisely how your staff are cavalier with no interest in serving potential customers. As I said, I have now purchased an X1 from Autohero which arrived today, so there is nothing to resolve. Well, except that I drove 40km to get to your showroom-that is a mistake that I will not repeat.
