The staff is friendly. Unfortunately, when the battery was replaced, my explicit request for a cheaper replacement was ignored, and an expensive brand-name battery was installed. A rip-off?!

Simply excellent. Mr. Fritz's team works quickly, is flexible, and solution-oriented. For larger problems, assistance is provided without bureaucracy and customer requests are taken into consideration. I highly recommend this workshop.

Super friendly staff, good service at reasonable prices. They give excellent advice on what needs to be done. They never fix mistakes without asking, but only upon direct request from the customer. Simply top-notch!

Very competent staff who are clearly happy to accommodate customer requests. The price-performance ratio is excellent; anyone who thinks they're expensive should keep in mind that they're not free. They offer a complete package with a fixed price for almost everything. However, if it's more work than expected and it ends up being a bit more expensive, the prices are very reasonable. Based on my experience with Pit Stop, I can highly recommend this workshop.
