We were in the process of brokering a deal for one of our clients regarding a Mercedes-Benz GLC 220d 4M Coupe. We were dealing with Stephan who was great, very responsive, professional and friendly. Unfortunately our client changed his mind in the last minute. Hopefully we can do some business together soon. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Last week, my EQE AMG 53 broke down about 500 km from home near Bremen. The Mercedes Werner breakdown service arrived quickly to read the fault codes. It turned out to be a major problem. The car was towed to the workshop, and I was provided with a replacement vehicle. The next morning, my car was inspected at the workshop, and it turned out that the rear engine needed to be replaced under warranty. Since I had to be home again in a few days, the workshop did everything they could to get the car ready as quickly as possible. The old engine was removed while the new one was ordered to minimize delays. The new engine was delivered the next day and installed immediately. The following morning, my car was ready for pickup, and I was able to drive home. Excellent service and a truly professional job by the workshop team. Thank you so much! I can definitely recommend Mercedes Werner.

It's been a few days since I picked up the Mercedes-Benz EQE 300, but the joy and satisfaction of Ms. Pathe's extremely customer-friendly, absolutely service-oriented, and highly professional business practices still resonate with me. From the first contact to arranging the vehicle pickup, everything was perfect. I felt very well looked after at all times, very well advised, and very well looked after.
