We were on vacation and had a serious breakdown with the brakes on our second-to-last day.
Fortunately, we were towed to Pitstop, where a friendly and competent employee greeted us. They quickly arranged for spare parts, so we were able to safely begin our relatively long journey home the next day as planned. The necessary repairs were explained clearly and understandably.
Furthermore, the employee helped us get a replacement car and, since we were unfamiliar with the area, recommended suitable rental car companies, as our own car was unfortunately unavailable.
I am very satisfied, despite the unexpected costs.

My son and I were on vacation and needed quick help with a broken low beam. After many phone attempts to find a repair shop in the Wernigerode area, we were turned down everywhere except Pitstop! We were allowed to come in immediately, and the broken H7 bulb was replaced in just a few minutes. Including installation, it only cost just under €21. Many thanks to the entire team; you saved our last day of vacation in the Harz Mountains!
