All the employees (especially Mr. Niebuhr) are very friendly and accommodating.
Great and fast service. One issue was even resolved through Opel's goodwill gesture to my complete satisfaction. Fair value for money. I'd be happy to come back!

My car broke down just outside Warburg while I was passing through. The first garage I went to refused to help me, saying they wouldn't even help me on Friday afternoon at 4:30 pm. From the very first moment (the phone call), I felt I was in good hands at Autohaus Hoppe. They took my car and even provided me with a loaner. Mr. Hoppe kept me updated on the repair progress by phone, and I was able to pick up my repaired car on my way home. Everything went smoothly, and I can highly recommend this dealership and workshop. Everyone was friendly and, most importantly, helpful at all times. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

Very friendly, helpful, and fast service. Just 15 km before arriving at our hotel, we got a flat/damaged tire (Mini Convertible R52, no spare). The nearest garage couldn't help us, but our hotel gave us the phone number for Autohaus Hoppe (located a bit further down the road). They picked us up by car and took us to our hotel (Hotel Luis in Scherfede). The next morning, our car was picked up, and luckily, they had the right tires in stock, so we could pick it up again at noon.
Thank you again for the very friendly help and service. If we had gone through the ADAC, it would have taken longer and been much more expensive.

We were passing through and happened to spend the night in town. Our car broke down right there, wouldn't drive, and it was questionable whether we could continue our journey.
Luckily, the Gebr. Hoppe repair shop was next door...
The very next morning, we were at the service desk and were able to voice our concerns. We received friendly and courteous service. And even though there were a large number of orders waiting to be processed, we were helped quickly and were able to continue our journey.
A huge thank you to the entire competent and empathetic team.
Here, service and customer friendliness are still very important.

Thank you so much for the incredibly fast help when we recently had problems with our car while traveling through. Such a friendly, helpful, and straightforward team, it's great to know they still exist! We even made it the 500 km home to Bavaria without any further problems. Highly recommended!
