The employees at this dealership are truly incredible. I have never experienced generosity like that which I received while having my vehicle serviced there. You will seldom meet better people in life than those whom I had the pleasure of meeting at Peugeot Müller.

Very nice and warm approach towards customers. Employees are fluent in English. Such a nice approach is very rare in Germany (at least towards foreigners). Thank you for this nice experience !

Peugeot Müller in Trier is an extremely reliable car dealership. They are very friendly, competent and efficient in the domain of auto maintenance and repair. I have been a client for a long time.

This past Tuesday me and my wife decided to go on a trip to Trier, from our (vacation) camping in Luxembourg. When arrived in Trier just at the parking garage, my car broke down. The car would not start anymore. We called for help and our car, a peugeot 206 cc, got towed to the Peugeot Dealer Muller in Trier. It was already past 18:00 and it should already all be closed, and we were already so stressed about what to do now and how to come back. When arriving we noticed the door of the Dealer was still open so i rushed inside, hoping we could get some help, since we had to go far und mein Deutsch ist nicht so gut, and ofcourse also our phones almost died since we could not charge them in the car anymore.
Inside there was still one guy, Michael Köhler.
And luckily he spoke english. And what a help he was, (thank you so much again!!!) he first helped trying to get a rental car (since they didnt have anymore), but Since i also did not have a credit card with me this was not possible, then he thought of a nearby hostel for a night which he also called for us, it was sold out.. but he didnt stop, he tried another one and got us a place to stay right in the center of Trier. After that he also called us a taxi and arranged it all.
It was a bad day for us, but since we spent a fairly cheap night in the center, we could enjoy the city the next day and at the end of the day we picked up the car again.
I would say its the best help someone could ever get. Michael Köhler, thank you so much!

Thank you Mr. Muller! He personally took care of our old Peugeot.
I had never witnessed such customer care and professional behavior at a car dealer/mechanic.
