Contrary to all previous information, I decided to visit the local tire shop, Schuchardt. I immediately felt at home, and the atmosphere was very relaxed at all times. Even the price was reasonable. All in all, a world-class experience. PS: 4 out of 5 because a 50-minute drive is quite a long way off.
