I come from Italy and only speak English, but thanks to Mr. Tucic's efforts, everything went smoothly. His friendliness and professionalism made the entire process easy and stress-free. Unfortunately, there's not much good to be found here. We bought a used car that was supposed to be ready within a few days (I think they said a week). After barely a week, we got a call saying I was missing documents that I'd never received before. It was for the vehicle registration. I processed the documents directly from a meeting and sent them off. A few days later, I tried to follow up and was given the runaround. Some time later, on a Saturday, I said, "Come on, you're going there now. It can't be that registration takes this long, especially since the service was supposedly already done." And lo and behold, the car was there, license plates in place. BUT: It hadn't been detailed yet. Nevertheless, I took it; the wait had already been long enough. In the first week, we immediately noticed things that hadn't been there during the test drive: a strange noise from the engine, a broken left tweeter, and a few other minor issues. So, we made a service appointment (under the used car warranty). The car then sat there for another two weeks. Once again, we had to chase after everything, only to finally get the car back with a replaced tweeter. They couldn't find the problem with the engine, but admitted that it did sound different than the other cars (same make and model). This answer was unfortunately not very helpful just before a long vacation, as we didn't want to be stranded with the car. The only positive thing: the salesman promised us a refund, which we accepted. Unfortunately, that dragged on for quite a while too... All in all, we could have simply saved ourselves two months and bought a car elsewhere. We ended up doing that afterward, which went smoothly. I can only speak from my own experience, but I will never buy a car from Schwabengarage again.
