I was driving from Italy and my tire went flat in Stuttgart Friday night, I was in a bind. Euromaster opened first and was only 2 km from me. The staff was helpful and understanding. Chris the service manager was perfect. They got me up and driving again quickly without taking advantage of my situation. When I am back in Stuttgart I will trust them with service for all my cars. My German isn’t perfect but they worked with me greatly. Thank you

They said their hands are full but I can bring the wheel today and if they can't make it same day they certainly will fix the new one tomorrow.
When I was there they somehow find the time to do it anyway and I was really happy!!!
And this in the summer holidays where it's really difficult to find a open space somewhere.

While the staff is nice, you can't believe what they are telling you.
I already sent an email to the branch in Stuttgart Vaihingen (April 29, 2023). Unfortunately, I have not received any response. I am not satisfied.
Euromaster told us that the left drive shaft that was in the car was a wrong part that was about 2 cm too short. So they had us to replace the left drive shaft for 1200 Euros.
After the pickup of the vehicle, the transmission took the vehicle about 100 km to return to normal RPMs. During the first 100 km, the Mercedes consistently had about 1000 RPMs higher than normal.
When I switched to manual mode for testing, the vehicle stayed in the fourth gear at most. When manually shifting on a flat road to the fifth or sixth gear, nothing happened. Therefore, I mostly stayed below 120 km/h.
We had already considered turning back. It was unusual. We heard the rattling in the left turns again.
But as we found out when looking at the maintenance records, the left drive shaft was never replaced on the Mercedes. We also never had issues with that before.
We paid over 1200 euros for a repair that was based on false statements from Euromaster. And the grinding noise we came for in the left turns remains.
But I guess once they have your money, they are happy!
We also wrote to the Euromaster headquarter and they told us they will get back to us. But no response as of May 27, 2023.
