Not a complete disaster, but. Super kind staff, very helpful and takes their time to explain things, also in English. But stay clear of the boss, he's the dodgy one.
If it was not for the kind staff, it would have been a single star rating.
This is what happened: I had a RDC reading issue, battery was depleted. Staff gentleman suggest that I change two tires at the same time, which I agreed to. Tires arrived and it turned out two rims were damaged, which I agreed with. This is all good and great, happy with the staff's advise. The new rimes were quoted at EUR130+VAT, which I accepted.
Then the boss decided to replace the RDC with an old part, which he couldn't program correctly, but didn't notice. Then it turned out that the boss had ordered the wrong rims, which meant that I had to drive with wrong rims for a few days and then go back to get them changed.
When I returned today, the old RDC device was still being placed inside the new wheel, and had to be replaced with a new one, this time taken out of a cardboard box, instead of using another old one, which was a good decision. The boss clearly tried to pull a fast one with the first old reuse RDC part.
Then came the bill, both rims listed at EUR150+VAT. A new RDC module at EUR50, which is fine and tires each at EUR150 (online price is EUR115). He only charged EUR40 for the hours, which I objected to since I had already spent 4 hours on this experience thanks to the boss not knowing his top from his bottom.
All in all, not a complete disaster, but what a dodgy boss trying to pull a few fast ones.
