I've rarely seen such a bad and incompetent workshop. I took my horse trailer to Autofit Placküter to have the side panels replaced. After a week, I was able to pick it up again, with all sorts of dents and sloppy work. I politely pointed out to the boss and the employee that I wasn't satisfied with the work. To which I was told, and I quote, "Well, it's a consumer item, and you know how difficult it is to replace side panels, and if they can do it better, I should do it." They were supposed to touch up the work, but they didn't. Now my trailer has been sitting there for four weeks without me being notified that it wouldn't be finished. I have before pictures of me taking the trailer there and after pictures of me getting it back.

We've been going to this great auto repair shop for six years now, and we're truly satisfied. The service is top-notch, with a star on top. Even if they don't have any appointments available, they still get you in in an "emergency." They give friendly and excellent advice over the phone, and the repairs are always top-notch, including the price. Thank you for that. The mechanics are also always very friendly and explain things very well. We highly recommend Placküter.

Speedy repair of my classic car's brake system, including the MOT inspection and H-registration. Although I had previously tried my luck at another workshop and unfortunately failed, resulting in me arriving with a car full of spare parts, I was treated kindly and the work was completed promptly and professionally.
