I had my wheel alignment checked at Reifen Gruhn in Soltau and assumed everything was adjusted as agreed. Four months later, when I switched to winter tires, I noticed that the rear tires were badly worn on the inside. This means I now need new summer tires, which is obviously very annoying.
When I explained the situation on-site, I unfortunately felt that my concerns weren't taken seriously. I was told that I had been explicitly informed about a problem at the time – but I don't recall that. Had I been informed, I would have had it repaired immediately. Overall, I am therefore very dissatisfied with the service and the outcome of my visit to the garage.
