Unfortunately we have to give 1 star in the rating, even if this star is not justified.
Our garage door broke over a week ago. The sale and installation was carried out by Wetterauer in 2014. That's why it was our first stop for repairs. After waiting for a week and a half, the order was lost, asking for arbitrary data that had already been given in advance by email and numerous times on the phone (telephone number, address, etc.), we withdrew the order from the company today and commissioned another craftsman.
The phone calls and reactions gave us the impression that we weren't interested in small private garage doors and were just concentrating on industry, the "big" things...
It's a shame, the Wetterauer company had a very good reputation in Sinsheim in the past. There isn't much left of it.

Great company and highly competent. I could always reach someone with questions, or they called me back. The installation of my garage door and side door was flawless. Excellent service. Communication was also outstanding. I would use them again anytime and highly recommend them.
