It worked perfectly. The tires weren't in stock, but everything was ready after two days. The team was very friendly.

I had new tires fitted about a year ago. They recommended their own brand, Point S (a good manufacturer, according to them). After about 30,000 km, the tires were completely worn out. I've never experienced anything like that before. They were the worst tires I've ever had. According to Point S, everything was perfectly normal, or something else was wrong, like the air pressure. I've found that there's a much better price-performance ratio elsewhere. ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED

I had my tires stored here for about three years and always had them replaced right away. This year, I actually wanted to sell my car and get my 20-inch summer tires separately, so I just picked them up. When I got home, I noticed that one of the rims (front wheel) was broken. So I called and asked why no one had informed me. After all, they said the tires are always washed, balanced, and inspected during the off-season, as it's stated on the invoice. The man on the phone then said that the storage document was "lost" and refused to comment further, basically saying, "What do you want from me now?" When I pressed him, he said he would "look into it." After a few days, I was able to speak with the gentleman again, and I was informed that there was a known issue with their software where comments "disappear" when switching from summer to winter tires in their program, and that it was just the way it was now; I was the only one in 400 cases where this happened. Then a few questions came to mind, which the gentleman didn't seem to really understand: 1. Why did he only inform me of this "known issue" with their software some time later, and why does a company simply accept such a thing? It's probably not that important whether you know the condition of the customer's tires and, as in my case, you're just setting up a time bomb for them. - No comment from the gentleman on the phone. 2. I didn't swap my winter tires with my summer tires, so the winter/summer change can't be the cause. - Also no comment. 3. Shouldn't every "mechanic" in this shop notice, if not during washing and carrying, then at the very latest during balancing, that this rim has a crack in the rim well. (I now know that another rim also has a significant imbalance; it probably wasn't noticed during balancing either.) - Here he told me, yes, it was definitely noticed, - yes, definitely - but the comment just "disappeared" in the system. I then refer back to 1., and furthermore, the question arises: why am I, as a customer, not called directly to say that a rim is broken? I need a replacement, and that's not as easy with aluminum rims as it is with steel rims or just the tires. - Here I was then told that I would have been told when I made an appointment to have the wheels changed, and the colleague would have seen the comment in the system and told me, but since I only picked up the tires anyway, that wasn't the case. In my opinion, this is a really smart system, especially if you have a known problem with your software, where such comments are sometimes "deleted." Apart from that, I personally prefer to arrange a replacement in good time rather than at the start of the summer season, especially since this rim is no longer available and individual items are rarely found online. And last but not least, it's also possible that the rim cracked in the store, for example, from falling awkwardly from the shelf onto an edge, or something else. The insurance listed on the invoice should actually cover that. But who knows, the documentation is unfortunately "lost" in the system. So in conclusion, I would give it -5 stars if I could.
