Not recommended. Lorenz is unwilling to respond flexibly to alleged errors. I can also confirm the owner's abusive and sometimes insulting comments, which other customers have already mentioned.

My experience was consistently positive. Emergency, call, immediate assistance. Whatever tires/rims he didn't have on hand were procured in under an hour. 4 tires, all mounted immediately. Done! Have a good trip! Extremely competent and fast at work. Highly recommended.

The boss responded to my phone inquiry with insults. I asked for my tires changed, and in the end, I should have just recommended he see a therapist. I explained that a friend had given me advice on affordable, good tires. He replied that he didn't think much of it, since he might like wine and I might like beer. I wondered if his advice would be any better, since the boss could just as easily prefer whiskey. When I mentioned which brand I wanted fitted, he became impulsive, wouldn't stop talking, and wouldn't let me get a word in edgewise. He used terms like "rotten meat," "Africa," and so on. After about a minute of the boss's rant, I had to end the call with a friendly "Have a nice day." I found him extremely intrusive, and he seemed to be deeply hurt. I wish him a speedy recovery!

The owner seems to be a complete choleric. After calling to inquire about fitting Atlas tires, the word "rotten meat" came up in every halfway coherent sentence of his speech. He insisted we live in Germany and have enough money for "decent" food. Competence, customer service, and even the basic ability to conduct a proper phone conversation were completely absent! This kind of business/"workshop" is absolutely not recommended to anyone!

I actually just wanted to request an appointment for a (summer) tire fitting. The owner was standing alone in his yard in front of the assembly hall. No one else was there. So I stopped to ask him if he had time for me. I then received a long lecture about his parking policies, and only after I had parked my car was I able to speak to him. Again, he explained his parking system and the signs he had posted. There was still no other customer there besides me. After I expressed my request, I received the following answer: It's winter. He would only fit winter tires now, although his arms were already aching. I should inquire again in January or February. But it wouldn't be summer then either. So I drove home disappointed.
