Absolutely terrible. They accept orders but don't complete them. I waited two weeks for a flat tire. Nothing happened. I took it to a garage, not even "tire specialists," and they fixed it in 20 minutes. I'd be ashamed. Never again.

If there are problems and the cashier says, "I can't comment on that."... you have to ask twice to find out who could comment.
Then to the same gentleman: "Now you've had to listen to that." And he: "Yes, I'm allowed to do that all day. But I don't care - it goes in here and out there!"
Honestly - customer service and genuine customer friendliness are nonexistent.
Unfortunately, communication is extremely exhausting (only after persistent inquiries) and therefore completely inadequate. A real shame.
