Our car’s ignition box broke when we got off the ferry. They couldn’t replace it, but they helped us confirm the problem with their diagnosis computer and lent us tools to work on the car. Free of charge! Thanks a lot!👍👍

Absolutely top-notch service at Pitstop Rostock! I received a very friendly welcome and excellent advice from the start.
During the inspection, a few minor issues were discovered, but these were resolved immediately, easily, and very professionally, allowing me to continue my journey without any worries.

Top-notch workshop – highly recommended!
I am more than satisfied with the service here. The entire team is very friendly, courteous, and takes their time with the customer. The quality of the work is consistently excellent. I find it particularly impressive that this workshop can even complete repairs that others have failed to achieve. It's not without reason that you occasionally hear the comment at other workshops in the area: "Take a trip to Pitstop on Rövershäger Chaussee, they can do it." That's exactly what happened to me some time ago. My problem was indeed solved quickly, easily, and professionally. This has been my regular workshop ever since.

I booked an appointment to have my tires changed. Everything went great, but there's a catch. My left front wheel wasn't spinning completely. I was shocked. I was driving my car and heard strange noises outside. I didn't know what they were. I checked all the wheels and saw that all the lug nuts on the left front wheel were just dangling loose. Luckily, there was a garage nearby selling auto tools, and I had to buy a wrench for €10. How could this happen? Can I get any compensation?
