We bought a MINI Cooper SE – and the experience was truly magical!
The MINI dealership is beautiful, warm, and very welcoming. We arrived after a rather long journey to pick up the car, but the welcome we received was absolutely charming. We arrived a bit early and were invited to relax in the waiting area, where we were offered coffee — which I dare say was excellent (we are big coffee lovers!) — as well as juices for the kids.
Beatrice is wonderful: kind, professional, and at the same time incredibly warm and approachable. It was a real pleasure working with her, both via email and in person.

The car presentation was amazing!
Even though the car is pre-owned, the presentation felt very special. The car was waiting behind the curtain — clean, perfectly prepared, and shining. That moment when the screen started to open… pure magic!
And then there is Leon. With his expertise and knowledge, he made sure that all of our questions were answered. He carefully explained how the MINI works and went through all the equipment and features with us.
Bea and Leon are an outstanding team.

Excellent and very friendly service. My wife just got a used Mini Cooper in great condition there and Mr. Buchmann was very helpful and customer-oriented during the entire process. He gave helpful and honest advice when we were there looking at the different Minis available and answered all our questions in a friendly and professional way. The highlight for my wife was of course picking up the keys to her Mini today. The dealership made it look brand new and Mr. Buchmann really went out of the way making it a special experience. My wife and I continue to be very satisfied with our Autohaus Unterberger experiences and can therefore highly recommend them.

I bought my first Mini in June 2023 at Autohaus Unterberger MINI and I am very satisfied. Especially Mrs Beatrice Schmidt took good care of us and was very attentive. When I was looking for a new car, I went straight to Unterberger Mini and Bea found the best deal for us. From the first contact to the delivery of the car, everything was perfect, competent, very courteous, friendly and Bea herself full of enthusiasm for MINI, which literally infects you. Thank you also for the nice surprise :) I will always remember it as a nice memory. I enjoy my car and can only recommend to visit the dealership and get advice.
