Called in with battery issue, they tested my battery and it needed replacing. Had a battery on the shelf and it was fitted within 20 mins. Great service would shop here again. Good selection of products available in the shop, friendly staff.

Absolutely the worst. The appointment for breaks check should take 45 minutes. After almost 2 hours waiting the car was not even touched. I had to take my keys and go back to work and now I have to stay at work until late hours. I highly do not recommend coming here.

A rare to find excellent car repair location. They were helpful, sold me what I needed and I left feeling the world is not so bad after all!

The person at the reception was very rude. Unfortunately, I can't comment on the rest of the store. I went in to get the green Umweltzone sticker on a UK registered car. I started with, "Ich spreche kein Deutsch." And she responded by rolling her eyes at me and a sigh, and asked me something along the lines of "Welche Sprache sprichst du?". When I responded, "Englisch?". She rolled her eyes again and asked for the registration booklet (in German). I decided to go to a TÜV center later, near Munich where I could get everything done despite the language being a barrier.
At this ATU store however, I was very disappointed with the attitude of this receptionist. I understand not having a common language to speak can be frustrating when dealing with customers, but small things like hand actions to explain what you're trying to communicate, do go a long way.
