This Pitstop branch more than deserves 5 stars! Before the inspection, a separate appointment was scheduled to determine which original parts might be needed or need to be ordered, and a cost estimate was provided. This way, I was informed about the costs beforehand. During the inspection itself, Mr. Stutterheim and his team worked very cleanly and professionally. When a "special task" arose shortly before closing time, Mr. Stutterheim didn't hesitate and took care of it for us even after closing time (since we urgently needed the car the next day). Fantastic service!!! ...thank you again. We highly recommend this branch!

After a disappointing experience at another garage a few years ago, I stumbled upon Pit Stop by chance. They've never tried to push any repairs on me; they've always explained everything clearly and, if necessary, informed me by phone about what work needs to be done. The team is always friendly and welcoming, and happy to chat. The prices have always been fair for me. Getting an appointment is almost always straightforward. I'm completely satisfied.

Disappointing Service and Lack of Customer Focus I had submitted an online request for an inspection of my Seat Mii, as it hadn't been serviced in a while. In the comments section, I also pointed out that the check engine light was on. One day later, I only received a quote for the inspection (approx. €330) without any response to my comment about the problem. I booked the appointment anyway. When my wife dropped off the car, the employee on site was extremely unfriendly and lacking in service. Although the order was booked online, everything had to be reprinted – digital proof wasn't sufficient. When I pointed out the online comment, the employee simply responded with: > "Anyone who books online is only concerned with their money." A surprising statement for a company that offers this online service itself. When I asked when the vehicle would be ready, I was told only that it might take longer due to the tire change season – no clear statement, no willingness to accommodate. Two days later, a technician called about the check engine light. They suspected defective lambda sensors, but weren't sure. Returning the parts wouldn't be possible in case of doubt. I asked for time to think about it and wanted to get back to you. The next day, I emailed a follow-up question after a representative told me that they were rarely reachable by phone anyway and that it would be best to contact the branch by email. The only response I received was a short email: > "The commissioned work has been completed, the vehicle is ready for pickup." No response to my questions, no explanation, no feedback on the check engine light. In conclusion, friendliness, communication, and customer service unfortunately don't seem to be a priority here. It's a shame – because anyone who brings a car to a workshop expects not only proper work, but also respectful and transparent customer service.

Definitely a rip-off. I wanted to have the MOT done there. But they discovered defects that wouldn't normally be defects. In the end, I had to pay €1,600, which I could have fixed elsewhere for €250.
