I do not speak much German and the attendant was very patient and very kind with me. I have found myself complaining often for some service experiences in Germany, I cannot say this one was one of those. They could not fix my car after since it required to be seen at a brand shop so they did not charge me for the diagnostics and that was an extra positive I get from Pitstop.

This is absolutely the worst! You make an appointment for a tire change, indicating that you'll wait. You arrive for your appointment and are greeted by the employee in a bad mood. When you ask how long you'll have to wait, the employee gives you a dismissive answer: "Well, if you're lucky, you can pick up your car this evening." When you then tell him you specifically made an appointment and that you'll wait, he gets really rude: "Then you're out of luck, you'll have to go somewhere else, and goodbye." He practically throws the vehicle registration document on the table and goes back into the workshop, leaving the customers standing there.
I'm used to a lot, but this kind of rudeness is unbelievable. There's no point in making appointments then; this is definitely the last time I'll be going there.

I switched to this garage for my regular appointments about two years ago and have been very satisfied every time. Even though the repairs aren't always cheap (given today's material and labor costs, there's little room for negotiation), the service is always excellent. All problems are examined and assessed. No pointless "just-for-the-service-book" repairs, and everything is always discussed beforehand. I'm very happy and enjoy coming here.

I've been coming to this workshop for several years and am extremely satisfied! What I really appreciate is that I've always received honest advice and that the staff, in addition to their excellent work, are always helpful. Thank you for your work!
