Anyone looking for a good garage should look elsewhere.
My experiences with two cars are unfortunately worth less than one star.
1. Car: Citroen Jumpy (wouldn't start, no fuel injection)
My idea that it might be a broken wire was dismissed. They said it was the control unit and that I should get one. It wasn't available for my car anymore. Then the dealership told me the Jumpy was only fit for the scrap heap.
After six weeks, I was finally able to pick up my car; it was just a grounding issue and was fixed within 30 minutes.
2. Lost my car (Fiat Doblo) key. I ordered a new key, and after 6 weeks it finally arrived. Then they said they still needed the code card... which I hadn't found. I ordered it again (the dealership said it would take a maximum of 2-3 days). After 2.5 weeks, the card still hadn't arrived. In the meantime, I finally found the corresponding code card and went to the dealership. They then said it wouldn't work with that card... It's been 8.5 weeks now, and I still don't have a working key! Promises of a callback? Forget it. If they hadn't contacted me themselves, I probably would have never found out. Nobody knows anything, and calling is incredibly time-consuming (normally, the first 2-3 times you end up at the branch in Hof).
So, in my personal opinion, you're better off looking for service and competence elsewhere. Never again.

Due to a defect in my old car, I urgently needed a replacement and found what I was looking for at this dealership. The service provided by Mr. Jens Zimmermann was first-rate. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and took plenty of time to answer all my questions thoroughly. I felt truly well taken care of. The entire process was seamless, and I was able to pick up my new car after just one week.
