I had an appointment for stop light checking , for the car to pass the TUV. The time assigned for the checking was 2 h stated on the receipt. I asked one of the men working at auto pick up “how long is it going to take”? He said to me that it might that 45 min-1h . After 2 h i came back to ATU asking whats the status of the car . Same guy said that he will ask and I should wait outside meanwhile. Another one hour of waiting was passed. The car only needed to get the stop light checked and to get the TUV sticker, nothing else. After 30 min I asked another worker from there is he can provide me any other information about the car cuz it’s been 3h 30 min since I’m waiting for a stop to be checked. The worker came back saying that “ the TUV workers are gonna check it soon and it will be ready in 30 min”. The ETA 2 h and the real waiting time 4h.

I can share my first experience with ATU.
I needed a battery for my car and they delivered in just 10 minutes even if it was a japanese car.

Services average rooms are average location is far from Stuttgart we had to attend an rnt exhibition in a group so we didn't had a choice , breakfast was good.
