We had a flat tire on our trailer on Saturday (November 15, 2025). The spare tire was almost flat, and our vehicle was too big for the nearby gas station. The Pit Stop team helped us immediately, and we were able to continue our journey right away. Very nice guy.

I had a tire repaired. When I picked it up, a pressure warning light came on, even though the tire pressure was only slightly low. I had to come back the next day to have it corrected. The final inspection could have been more thorough.

Tire change was okay. They could have wiped the tires and rims clean afterward and removed the mounting grease. All the valve caps were loose, so one was lost. The service reception was okay. Overall, there's plenty of room for improvement.

My lightbulb hasn't been working for a few days, and I thought I'd politely ask if they could fix it relatively quickly. They couldn't, and I was told this in a rather unfriendly manner. I could come back at 4 p.m. I couldn't, as I work in the City South district.
Second attempt today, since I couldn't manage to change the bulb myself over the weekend. Same employee, just as rude and completely uninterested, and again offered me the option of bringing my car in at 4 p.m. I explained again that I work. He informed me that they don't do those kinds of repairs in the morning. I told him that was strange, as I had been there in the morning last time. He replied that this couldn't be the case, at least not in the last three years.
Bullshit... last year, the other bulb was broken, and a super nice employee fixed it quickly; I was even able to leave my car there while I went to the gym... in the morning!
Never mind, I have an appointment at ATU tomorrow morning.
Customer service should always be a given, and as long as I'm not retired, I can't just drop my car off at the garage at 4 p.m. It's a shame; last year I was so impressed and would have given a different rating.
